Waybest Tower Company was created in the late 1950s by David Siggelkow Sr. in Weyburn, Saskatchewan. David Siggelkow Sr. moved his family and business to Burdett, Alberta over a decade later. In Alberta, Waybest Tower expanded its scope of work to include farm related work: custom baling, bale stacking and field spraying. Waybest Tower also became very involved in the erection and service of irrigation systems such as the center pivot. Dave Siggelkow Sr. involved his wife and all seven of his family in some aspect of the business. Due to failing health, David Jr. and his wife Michele took over Waybest Tower in the early 1990s, incorporating the company in 2000. Dave is a journeyman electrician who has worked with the company all his life. Towers are his passion. Waybest Tower Inc. currently operates from Medicine Hat, Alberta and specializes in towers. Waybest Tower Inc. has enjoyed consistent growth each year. Employees are highly skilled in all areas of tower installation, rigging, servicing and inspections. The company utilizes state-of-the-art equipment and is committed to its safety program. In the last several years, Waybest Tower has brought in two new managers: Ron Bouthillier, VP of Sales and Marketing, and Terry Bouthillier, VP of Operations. Both Terry and Ron bring many years of business experience to the company, and are committed to growing Waybest Tower Inc. Waybest Tower Inc. initially specialized in towers, later diversifying its scope. Today, we are narrowing our focus to again focus exclusively on towers. We are experts in our field, safety conscious, and competitive in our pricing.
